denture teeth arrangement

finally i've done the teeth arrangement for complete denture :)

my ever first denture and it's not going to be the last ones,definitely.

dentures are no longer strangers to the community, but the steps are really hectic!!

1. taking primary impression (on models)

note: make sure all DBA is present

2. making special tray w acrylic  

caution: cold cured acrylic is hot!

3. secondary impression

4. boxing and beading

note: make sure no leakage by putting water in it

5. pouring stone/POP

6. preparation of final model, draw lines for anatomical landmarks.

7. making base plate, i broke 5 shellac in total :(

8. making bite rim

9. fix model on articulator.

note: center point is very important,md & mx must be occluded

10. alright, is teeth arrangement time!!

the artificial teeth, was quite excited to see these..

after a few weeks of dragging..
it's done on time and is ready to pass up :)

spent the whole day just to carved the wax.
ugly but i tried my best, was rushing for dinner.
the procedure is not end yet..
